so back

I don't know... do I start with talking about how long it has been

Nah. I will update the gap. Since I last posted my job has changed twice.
In Dec 2013 I accepted a position of business relationship mgr at WFB in Marshall. I was optimistic and anxious. I had always wanted to do this role and work with small business clients. The chance came and I ran with it. I received the heavy by the book training that WF has always provided and was able to travel to Texas and AZ. That was fun. But that certainly didn't prepare me for day to day in the role. The numbers I knew I could always figure out however WFB in Marshall, MN has a reputation, one of people leaving, no one stays long and the bank is shrinking. Like anything I battled against and went to War if you will. Needless to say the prospecting was bold and the doubts were internal and external.

One prospect I met worked for a company called Western Printing of Marshall. I met with him numerous times trying to gain his business and during one of the final make a decision meetings he asked me what I thought of working for a printing company. I had never thought about it before but now after numerous meetings, prayer, late night discussions and interviewing I am now wrapping up my first week at Western. The opportunity brings the possibility of ownership someday and I couldn't feel more blessed.

Western can complete most commercial print jobs, signage, small print jobs (Christmas cards, invites, grad annoucments) so yeah I will be looking at the back of all your cards to see where you printed and to ask you if we could have a shot!!! we also do promotional products I can get your biz logo in anything, embroidery and screen print that logo as well.

Fatherhood. Presbetery. Husband. son. brother. friend. working to sort them...

as I lead ....   Good Leadership is always open to change but uncompromising on values.

Got decide 105 for a while...

Why is it so difficult to let go, give it all up to Him? I will not conquer sin nature completely but chose to talk to God about it and control, progress... All I can do

Rad Run

6 down... 266 left

Rad run was awesome. It poured for an hour before we started and 5 minutes into I was wondering what the heck I was doing.

I fell soaked my self in mud less than 5 minutes in and cut me knee open. As I was running the mud and the blood ran together and the Boy Scouts at the water check points asked I I needed medical attention and like the tough guy I am shrugged them off. It was pure survival mode... Pure adrenaline and focus to get done no matter how. Pretty intense, much more than I expected!!

Yeah man That's the Good Stuff

1 Timothy 1:12-17

Sums it up for me. I changed it out, flipped everything on its head and I won't be afraid to be bold with my faith... I want to be called out and called on, rather than weather the storm and say I can't do anything about it, I'll be an example, a leader that moves. I don't want to be on the sidelines but in the game and active. There is settling all around, an attitude of acceptance and tolerance rather than patience for change, expectations of right. They are different.

Your free will helps u create opinions, they become dangerous when they are not led by the only Truth available to us.

I find answers EVERYTIME in the word... I fail to remember that too often!!
